Commercial and industrial property valuation requires special expertise, particularly in volatile real estate markets. Our experience in appraising property in markets across the country, ranging from small single tenant warehouses to downtown office towers, gives us comprehensive insight into the unique mechanics of nearly all classifications of commercial and industrial real estate. We have a strong background in appraising income producing properties, and possess a clear understanding of the importance of defining the income potential and market condition aspects that are vital to estimating value. The firm generally utilizes the Dynalease DFC Program, but also has the capability to complete assignments using other programs upon request.

Specialty Property

Parkes & Company has developed a specialty property division for the valuation of unique types of properties or unusual property rights. Multi-Family Residential

Replacement Cost Insurance Valuations

We provide replacement cost appraisals for insurance and property management purposes, using the Boeckh Valuation System and a review of actual building costs on projects appraised by Parkes & Company , as well as being based on interviews with builders, contractors and developers.
